*Choose from 24 beautiful colors! Please reference the color chart in the
listing photos. Our wall decals are made in the USA with the highest quality,
matte-finish vinyl. Your decal will look hand-painted once applied. Our decals
are die-cut so there is no background!. Our decals will adhere to almost any
smooth surface including walls, windows, mirrors, floors, cabinets, laptops,
and more! The decals will adhere to slightly textured walls. Our wall decals
can be easily removed without damaging your surface or paint and will not leave
any adhesive residue. The decals are not re-usable.

••Important note
These wall decals are NOT RECOMMENDED or INTENDED TO BE INSTALLED ON TEXTURED
WALLS. Any wall surface other than a FLAT, CLEAN, SMOOTH SURFACE is not
acceptable. We highly recommended that the practice decal that is sent be used
to check to be sure that the wall surface is acceptable.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If you buy a custom item, due to the fact these items are personalized, I can
only offer a refund for an error due to my part. I CAN NOT offer refunds due to
sizing or incorrect information that was supplied to me. PLEASE make sure to
check and double-check any personalization you send to me to ensure it is
accurate. If there is an issue with your order, before leaving feedback, please
contact me as soon as possible and we will do our best to address it, we work
to make our customers HAPPY! We will always be more than happy to help.
Replacements will be sent if in the unlikely occurrence your order is damaged
or lost in transit. If the USPS tracking number confirms the delivery, I will
consider the package delivered.

Damaged items for both the USA and International: A photo of the damaged item
is required for replacement. Just email me the photo and let me know your item
was damaged.

For regular items (Not Custom Orders) we can offer a refund. However, the
refund will only be issued during THE 30 DAYS AFTER YOU HAD RECEIVED YOUR
PACKAGE. If the USPS tracking number confirms the delivery, I will consider the
package delivered, AND YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO CLAIM YOUR REFUND. However, the
delivery cost WON'T BE REFUNDED.
