understand that I have to be quite strict on the topic of returns. Every return
leaves me out of pocket - and whilst I wouldn't want you to be out of pocket
because of a problem with your purchase, I'd rather not be out myself, either.

• Refunds will be considered if requested within 14 days of receipt of the
item. Unfortunately, as these items are printed to order, I can't guarantee to
refund if you "just don't like" the item, but I will happily discuss with you
anyway. If the item is in any way faulty, I will of course refund or replace it.

• Mugs should be unused and returned in their original packaging - if a
returned mug comes back covered in coffee stains (or any stains), I'm afraid a
refund won't be given !

• Refunds will not be paid until the item has been returned, received and
checked by me. Return postage will, I'm afraid, be at your cost.

• I will, of course, be happy to discuss with you at all stages of the
